This policy explains what personal data ShisaGames processes when you play Lemonade Rush: Bottle Sort (“the game”) or visit this website, why, who receives it and what you can do about it. It also serves as the privacy notice (aydınlatma metni) under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and as information under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are

2. What we process

We do not ask for your real name, phone number, location, contacts, photos or microphone. We never see your card details: payments are handled by Apple or Google.
3. Legal bases
- Performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2(c), GDPR art. 6(1)(b)): your game account, cloud backup, rankings, purchases and support.
- Your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1, GDPR art. 6(1)(a)): personalized ads and analytics. You can say no and still play everything; you can withdraw consent any time in Settings > Privacy.
- Legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2(f), GDPR art. 6(1)(f)): keeping the game secure, preventing fraud and showing non-personalized ads that keep the game free.
- Legal obligation (KVKK art. 5/2(ç), GDPR art. 6(1)(c)): keeping records the law requires, for example about purchases.
4. Who receives your data
We use service providers who process data for us or provide their own services in the game:
- Unity Technologies: game services (player account, cloud save, rankings) and ads through LevelPlay, including the ironSource Ads and Unity Ads networks.
- Advertising partners that LevelPlay works with, when an ad is shown. If you did not allow personalized ads, the game tells them so (GDPR consent off and the CCPA “do not sell or share” signal on).
- Apple and Google: app distribution, payments and, if you link it, your Game Center or Google Play Games account.
- Netlify: hosting of this website and the messages sent through its forms.
- Google (Gmail): our support mailbox.
These providers may store and process data outside Türkiye, mainly in the United States and the European Union.
5. How long we keep it
- Game account, progress and profile: until you delete your account.
- Rankings: your name and avatar are removed when you delete your account; an anonymous score entry may remain on a ranking until that ranking is cleared.
- Purchase records: Apple and Google keep their own records under their policies.
- Support messages: as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the request.
6. Your choices
- Personalized ads and analytics: Settings > Privacy in the game.
- Tracking on iPhone: iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Advertising ID on Android: device Settings > Google > Ads.
- Delete your account: in the game, Profile > Delete account, or with the form on our account deletion page.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK article 11 and the GDPR you can ask to learn whether we process your data and how, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, learn who receives it, object to processing (including processing based solely on automated means that affects you), withdraw your consent and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Write to shisagameszero@gmail.com with your request and, if you have it, the player ID shown in the game’s Settings. We answer free of charge within 30 days. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) in Türkiye or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
8. Children
The game is suitable for all ages, but it is not designed specifically for children. If you are a parent and believe your child gave us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and is stored by the providers above, who protect it with their own security measures.
10. This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising. Its fonts are served from our own site. Our host Netlify records technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. If you send a form, Netlify stores your message for us.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date below and, for important changes, tell you in the game.
