How do I restore my purchases?
Open Settings (the gear at the top right) and tap Restore. No Ads and the Starter Pack come back on the same App Store or Google Play account. Coins and other consumable items are used up and are not restored.
I bought No Ads but I still see videos.
No Ads removes the ad breaks between levels. Reward videos, which you start yourself for a bonus, stay available.
How do I change my privacy choices?
In the game, go to Settings > Privacy. You can turn personalized ads and analytics on or off at any time.
Where is my player ID?
Open Settings: it is shown at the bottom. Send it with your message so we can find your account faster.
How do I delete my account?
In the game: Profile > Delete account. Without the game, use the form on our account deletion page.
A purchase went wrong.
Purchases and refunds go through Apple or Google. If coins or items didn't arrive, restart the game first, then write to us with your player ID and the order number from your store receipt.
